At Vallevia, your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully curate every gift box to ensure it arrives beautifully presented and ready to delight.

If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.


30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories and original contents
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our Customer Care team at:

Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item arrived damaged or defective)

Our team will respond with return instructions as quickly as possible.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong product
  • An incomplete order

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll evaluate the situation and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used personal care products
  • Bath products that have been opened
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items (when indicated)

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for inspection
  • 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled free of charge before shipment.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return once it has been delivered.


Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 calendar days after shipment, please contact us.

After verifying the shipment with the carrier, we'll offer either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • A defective item
  • Shipping damage
  • An incorrect order

Vallevia will cover all return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
