Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have successfully received your purchase and started processing it.


Order Processing

All orders are carefully prepared before shipment.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier operations, or seasonal demand.

The estimated delivery date will always be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Starting at $5.95
  • Selected products and promotional campaigns may qualify for Free Shipping.

Any applicable shipping promotions will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.

As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a tracking email.

Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted shipping partners, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Customs inspections (when applicable)
  • High seasonal shipping volume

If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after shipment, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment immediately and, if the package is confirmed lost, you will receive a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
